Le Meridien Washington D.C. The Madison

We had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient, and the staff went above and beyond—especially Olivia and Micah, who made our experience even more memorable. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the large balcony—perfect for relaxing. The on-site amenities were excellent as well. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Thank you!

If you only take one thing from my review, let it be this- the bed is absolutely amazing. The sheets are high quality, the pillows are heavenly, and the down comforter is just right! The rest of the hotel is nice. Breakfast is $35 per person per day. The staff is extremely nice, and the members' lounge is really great.

I think three stars is being generous. I recently stayed here and found this property Deeply disappointing. They seem to cut all possible corners. Just a few hangers in the closet. Ironing board, but no iron in the closet. Ragged and ruined edges of rug. Scratches All over the place. No options to stream on the TV, with Pay Per View options (who still does that!?). An automatic mini-bar with mediocre options and rendering the fridge useless. No tea/coffee supplies in the room. Other than a very uninterested and unhelpful check-in experience, I did find the staff to be generally pleasant. And location is good. But I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for my next stay in DC!
