This hotel is nothing short of amazing! It has such a modernized/ contemporary design, while also maintaining a rather beautiful and romantic allure as well. The amenities it has to offer are just as extravagant! The overall vibe here is most definitely that of a luxury hotel, not to mention it sits nestled mere feet from the casino and Ohio River. Ever since I checked out from my stay here, I've been dying to go back! Perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway. 💗💜🩷

Hotels manager was very rude they were supposed to have me in for two days and came knocking saying that they had only put me in for 1 I talked to my host and he said it was supposed to be two days some one messed it up .manager would not even let me talk just told me I had to get out not the first time he's been rude they need new management

Stayed here due to disability. Ease of parking and walking distance to casino games, no long hall, stairs or escalators. Problem was checking out. Needed a luggage rack to bring oxygen concentrator , portable oxygen and luggage down. None to be found. I called service desk she advised me to go from floor to floor look down halls for one. Still none to be found. It took me six trips up and down elevator while disabled husband waited in lobby. Then I got the car and make 6 trips from Lobby to car out front. I was exhausted and my husband was upset that he couldn’t help and it turned a great trip to disappointing one.
