Attention!!! Your reservation does not guarantee you your accommodation on the day! I booked on April 10 for the beginning of June for me, my partner and our 3 children. I called the agency two weeks before to confirm my arrival and make an appointment for the inventory. Despite this, on site, in front of the accommodation in the company of the person AND other arrivals, I was told that it was already rented and that we could not have our reservation! I suspect that the people staying there are acquaintances because when the sheets were handed over in the street, the terms were familiar. Fortunately for us, we went through hotels.com who found us replacement accommodation, certainly not in the desired location, but upgraded! hotels.com confirmed to me that they had received the acknowledgment of receipt of the reservation, so it was a mistake from this establishment which is not serious at all. To be avoided!
