Le Mirage

Our second year at Le Mirage and we still can’t fault it! Beautiful surrounds and panoramic views, every single member of staff incredibly kind and courteous and the swimming pool area is so relaxing. Even with a minor hiccup (the air-con in our room was playing up), staff were so helpful to find a solution. Would highly recommend.

Truly exceptional. I’ve been coming to this place on and off for the past few years. The location is amazing, and the service has always been solid but honestly, the food and cocktails were ok but could be improved. That’s completely changed this year!!! A new crew came in. This time, it was on a whole different level. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! No exaggeration. From start to finish, the food could easily compete with a one-star Michelin restaurant. I had the gazpacho and polpo to start, followed by turbot and tiramisu. Every dish was spot-on, just perfect! After dinner, I stayed at the bar with their incredible bartender (who’s also a legit mixologist). I had a few signature cocktails—an espresso martini, a whiskey sour, and one with an amazing umami twist. Each one was perfectly balanced and totally memorable. Best cocktails I’ve had, anywhere. I’ve never written a review before, but this place deserves the spotlight. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel in Bormes Les Mimosas with stunning view. The restaurant is worthwhile to try, amazing and creative meals, chef cooking marvelously product from Provence. The wine list is also very attractive.
