Not bad but the service and rooms is not as we expected 3 stars the hotel food is bad staff is in polite the only good this there the intimation are soo friendly
1- The view is amazing 2- The cleanliness is okay but once you move any item there is dust and litter underneath. 3- Some power sockets not working. Asked for fixing them but i got no response 4- The room is too dark. Just one light bulb working the other one isn't working. Asked for replacing it, the response was shocking "All the rooms are like that just one light bulb" 5- The food is ... Well the grilled filet was good also one kind of dessert. The rest was not good at all. One last thing How is this a 4-star hotel?
This is my first time here with my wife and two kids, the location and sea view is really amazing, but that's it, nothing else worth staying in this lousy hotel! Service is awful, food is horrible, room service doesn't not even exist! Honestly. Staff is so bad, trying to make girl friends with all the beautiful Russian ladies they see in the hotel! I'm Egyptian and I'm embarrassed of such people. Don't come to this hotel!!
