Honestly all these fake reviews about the hotel being very nice and clean is rubbish, don't make the same mistake we did and not check the reviews before booking because this hotel was an absolute joke, no hygiene what so ever nothing at all. I don't even know where to start from, the pool getting cleaned once every 4 days? The bed bugs on the bed? The stains on the bed sheets and pillows? The stains around the toilet and bathroom? The bath head missing? The water for the shower and sink being pool water? The woman workers being rude and giving attitude rather than dealing with the situation properly? Honestly it will go on and on but if you don’t want to end up in the hospital for 4 days then i advice you stay away from this hotel and don't get fooled by the good comments they make workers do it or there family👍🏻

The hotel is an absolute NO, never again. Room is furnished with old furniture, bathroom is not clean. For 5 night stay the room was cleaned only once There was no cold water in the shower but only 50⁰ hot. Every day we were telling and requesting to fix it, as we cannot bathe our two children. Answer was there are many people on in the hotel and water pumps can't manage. On the 3rd day after a scandal in the reception they sent a guy that fixed it. Food is moderate, not many types and definitely not delicious.

First of all ,I would like to say, that management of the hotel should instruct the receptionists how to welcome, communicate,and greet the guests of the hotel -none of those were demonstrated when we have arrived at the hotel.It is naive to believe ,that the costumers will be happy if they have treated with less respect than they actually deserve.nice for the international tourists ,if the staff speaks English for example. Secondly, the hotel doesn't match the stars,that it's been awarded,because all the furniture of the lobby bar,rooms and the restaurant are screaming for change.Furthemore, hygiene wasn't good: dirty rooms(especially bathroom) spotted bedsheets and towels,corridors full with sand-when I reported that to the receptionists she sad I quote: "I'm sorry" and that was it. I must say that the personnel were trying to do the best they can,but it needs a extra mile to job properly. Finally,I would like to say the hotel could be a good place to stay if all of these remarks have taken care of. At this moment I can't recommend staying at this hotel!
