Room was very clean and large, we were so surprised at check in that we had received an upgrade to a larger room at no extra cost. My family enjoyed the water park immensely. Reception was warm and friendly.
Great location, decent sized rooms and love that there is a section in A tower for those with accessibility needs is awesome. But this review is for Teresa and Rosalee because thank you for helping me extend my trip when my flight and itinerary changed last minute. You are both the best! God bless.
The hotel is well located. It's in downtown, near several stores, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. There's an indoor pool, a sauna, 2 jacuzzi, and a mini water park like section for kids. All with free access for guests. There's also a gym (above the pool section). There's an arcade room, but pay per use. At the main floor, there's free access to a water bottle refill and microwave. There's a section with couches where you could just wait or work on laptop, but it's not the most ergonomic setup for taller people. It's nice that you pay per room and not per guests in the room.
