An absolutely divine spot on the Seine, tucked away and very tranquil and romantic. We just loved our stay. You can take a little rowing boat, have a swim, and the surrounding areas are sweet. A beautiful dining room overlooking the river and good food. Very helpful and charming lady on reception.
If you are on a quest for quiet and tranquility this will be the place. Nestled on a quiet road ( if you blink you miss it ) this wonderful place will offer you the romance and privacy you are looking for with a menu to die for. I did not stay here ( I stayed next door ) however I did visit on multiple occasions over my two-week trip for unforgettable dinners, relaxation by the fireplace, and great conversations with the patron. The river goes through it and the history of the place is worth the visit. The food and the wine are the best you will experience ( better than Aspen or Bever Creek Colorado ). It is truly an experience you must take advantage of when in Normandy.
A truly magical place with kind and charming staff. The beautiful surrounding villages are worth exploring and there are wonderful woodland walks nearby. This magical hotel was lovely to return to.
