Everything was great. Upon arrival front desk gave us king bed room even though reservation was for two queen. They also gave us club access which was great. Staff were awesome and they went above and beyond.
Overall experience is great, comfortable room, very friendly staff, excellent location, almost in the center of old Batumi, close to the beach and historical center of the city. Some small things that I have to mention is that the bathroom amenities like disposable shower caps or vanity kit was missing in the room. As well as coffee machine. The only place to get coffee is a restaurant on the ground floor and each cup is overpriced, 10 Gel.
At least this hotel doesn’t call itself 5 star ( not on Google at least 😁) Good location- though pretty loud at night , extremely inconvenient when they decide to have a 11 pm- 4 am party. Housekeeping hours are weird - they mostly come in the evening. Service is ok, there are a couple of really knowledgeable and friendly staff ( I assume they are supervises/ managers) but the rest are still learning and it’s kind of awkward. Rooms are nice and modern.
