The location is excellent and the rooms are above average, but what truly sets this property apart is the exceptional service, specifically from Eric. Eric embodies what hospitality should be. From the moment I arrived, he was genuinely attentive and remarkably professional. He held the automatic doors, personally escorted me to the hotel elevators, and even keyed in my floor, all without being prompted. That level of service is rare these days, and it didn’t go unnoticed. He wasn’t just helpful, he was intentional. There’s a quiet confidence in the way he operates that makes guests feel seen without ever feeling overwhelmed. It’s subtle, thoughtful, and exactly what luxury customer service is supposed to be. Eric is the kind of team member who elevates the entire experience. If management is reading this: he’s a gem. Don’t let him go unnoticed.

Stayed here for four nights while visiting Chicago for a wedding. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept. The bed was so comfortable. The hotel’s location is fantastic. They’re situated near many stores and dining options. The staff were always helpful and friendly. We’d definitely stay here again!

My original room had some noisy neighbors and I was able to be moved really easily. I appreciate that. The room itself was comfortable and clean, both a must for my travels. The location? Not so much, but that was my fault as I was the one who wanted to stay at this particular hotel. There were some nearby good food options and the hotel bar was nice with some unique twists on classic drinks.
