Le Méridien Hangzhou Binjiang

I was a guest at the Meridien Binjiang and I strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for excellent service with a great location. Special shout out to Lisa , the front Manager who went out of her way to make sure that I was safe and made arrengements for my transportation. Over all Its a great place to stay in all aspects . I plan to revisit it in my next opportunity.

It is very close the shopping mall and river. I just waked up and goes to the river for jogging. I have stayed at 11 floor amd more convenient room.

This Google-labeled 3-star hotel is more like a 4-star one. Room is clean, breakfast has good varieties, cleaning crews are really nice. It's at a quite convenient location - about 20 minutes walk to Line #6 subway, 8 min to Line #4. Special recognitions goes to Ms. Ava Li at the clublounge who is always cheerful; Sunny at the breakfast cafe who always greets us with a smile; Ms. Gao of the night-shift house keeping who quickly helped us settled in; and Ms. Du of the daytime house keeping who always quickly fulfilled our needs. Suggestions to the management team: 1) the front desk should be able to break bills for customers; 2) "coffee-served-in-black" means no sugar or cream added; 3) enhance professional training of all staff, please try to smile more.
