The resort is fantastic, the rooms are very pretty big. The food was extremely good. Every single employee was amazing. It has been a while for my stay so I do not remember all of the employees names but Sumit, Shreya, Manisha, Kajal, Rahul at the restaurant service were fantastic. We were stuffed at every meal service. Everyone at the reception were so welcoming and helped for every small thing that we asked. Room Service was excellent at setting up our bed and also for a special request to decorate the room for our honeymoon. There are so many employees I want to mention and thank for making our stay so wonderful. I am sorry I don't remember their names, but Le Meridien, please cherish all your employees, they take your resort a notch above rest.
The service of the restaurant last recipe was top notch. Food was finger licking good. Overall good hygiene We faced just one small issue when the lift was not working for some time But overall, my stay was memorable. I stayed there as part of my company’s offsite.
Disappointed Check-In Experience We arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM and had lunch on the premises, expecting a smooth check-in process by the stated time of 3:00 PM. However, despite it being well past the official check-in time, we had still not received our rooms by 3:30 PM. This delay was highly inconvenient, especially after a long journey. There was no proactive communication or explanation provided by the hotel staff regarding the reason for the delay or how long we were expected to wait. While the restaurant service was acceptable, the poor check-in experience overshadowed our initial impression of the hotel. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service and communication to ensure a better experience for future guests.
