Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur

Rooms - spacious rooms with nice view. Even their lake view rooms are also good. Clean and a perfect fit for comfort. Restaurant - their lounge service is really good. They serve good food with ample of options Breakfast- this time tried their Indian cuisines..loved the taste. Or I would say super authentic.

Stayed in Le Méridien beside the KL train station so coming in via the KL express was convenient. Check in was efficient even past nine o’clock in the evening. The room with a king bed was clean and conducive for a business traveller. Breakfast service is good and there is a good variety of local Malaysian dishes and international cuisine. The live stations are good as well except I didn’t enjoy the taste of the noodle soup. Would stay here if I want to be beside the train station in KL.

Good location, though not walkable at all, it is well connected with public transport. The rooms are fine, but nothing to write home about. The service, however is not up to par with a 5-star hotel rating. They tell you the pool bar is open until 10:30 pm, but at 10 pm the attendant closes the bar. The room service breakfast is supposedly from 6 am, but in reality you cannot order before 6:30 am. Trying to talk to them about the discrepancies gets you nowhere. I won't be staying in this hotel again, the service is too unreliable for the asking price.
