Le Méridien Mexico City Reforma

Gorgeous upscale hotel with amazing (10/10) service, in a great urban location. The most comfortable beds(!), nice views, and the breakfast was amazing. Also recommend the taco place around the corner, can’t recall the name (but ask the front desk, they will know). Loved this place and will be back the next time we’re in CDMX!

Great location to walk around to many shops restaurants bars museums. Rooms are great, spacious and with the Marriott mattress and pillows. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Bellman is ever so helpful. Most everyone is bilingual. Unlike other tourist destinations, dollars are not accepted, for hotel stay or restaurant bills. But there’s a money exchange business a few steps away. Best feature is location

This place is a rip off but the staff is truly trying their best to help. $240 a night for a totally ran down hotel and a horrible breakfast made of industrial products. Nobody to help you upon arrival, even their bar is depressing. This place is an embarrassment to the brand. There is nothing premium here, just a old hotel which screams renovation. This said after sharing my opinion with the staff, one manager, Victor tried everything in his power to make my stay much better. I was offered a higher floor with a more recent and much cleaner room. Thanks Victor for helping the guests and congratulations on your conflict resolution skills.
