The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station, making it not only ideal for arrivals and departures but also a great base for getting around the city with ease. Public transport access was simple and efficient from this location. Check-in was quick and smooth, with pleasant and helpful staff who made us feel welcome. The hotel itself was clean and well-presented, and our room — along with the bathroom — was a good size and very comfortable. We also made use of the pool, which was a nice bonus, though the water was a bit colder than expected. Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly service and an excellent location for both travel and exploring the city.

This hotel was absolutely magnificent for our stay in Munich. We were here for week to tour many of the sites in Bavaria, and the location next to the hotel was (nearly) perfect. It’s quite literally across the street from the there’s-a-train-to-everywhere station. The only drawback is the short walk to old town Munich passes through a few blocks of under-developed area (lots of vacant shops, construction, etc.). The real win for this place, however, are the staff. Antonio helped us with check-in and was instrumental in setting us up for success. After a very long day of international travel, he was both patient and supportive, helping us take full advantage of a number of hotel incentives. I think we have all stayed in hotels before where it felt like the staff were trying to hide all of the best deals, but this place took the opposite approach. Moritz in the bar is also wonderful. He was especially good at making this old Texan feel welcome. He’s makes great drink, but above all, he’s kind. I needed that at the end of the long days here.

Close to the railway station. Lots of shops and western restaurants nearby. Walking distance to old town. Rooms are typical for Marriott branding. Even though the rooms are labeled as non smoking, ours definitely was and reported same so they didn't suspect it was our stay. Excellent service. Quick to respond to requests. Didn't really have a view, and there is quite a bit of construction going on (summer 2025).
