It was our first time in New Orleans and I came for a conference. Brought our little fur buddies with us. Really big shoutout to Maria the rooms director and Joy at the front who welcomed us so warmly and attentively! The kindness that you showed was what made this trip so memorable for my family and I! If I’m being completely honest, this was the best hotel experience we’ve had. 10/10 food recommendations and areas that were dog friendly! The hotel is within walking distance of the conference and any other popular area in New Orleans. Super easy to walk anywhere! Also big thank you to the valet staff who made the experience fun!
Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. $25 Resort fee was worth every penny as you received tons of benefits like bike tours, daily dessert, daily food allowance, trolley passes, ferry passes, etc., etc. Close enough to the action but far enough for peaceful nights. Located next to the casino. Walking distance to activities and the best food in NOLA. Rooftop pool and gym were very nice! Staff were accommodating and professional. Will definitely return.
The hotel only cleans your room upon request. Today my room was cleaned after 5 pm. There are limited available wash clothes in the entire hotel. This evening I was given a hand towel to wash my face. I’m incredibly disappointed. Additionally, there is a no dive policy at the pool area. For hours children and young adults were diving. The policy wasn’t enforced. Not peaceful as I imagined. The location is great.
