Right from the get-go the service was smooth. Di at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. The rooms were nice and everyone was friendly. We will definitely book here whenever we are in the area. The only complaint we have is valet taking forever to grab our car. You know it’s an issue when the guy at the podium has to call his guy to ask why he was taking so long. All in all it was a good experience for us!
Room was immaculate and spacious. Valet service was so convenient (cost of parking & valet is $31 per day) and they really took good care of us during our stay. Please tip them nicely. Overall, the stay was beyond full relaxation and I will definitely come back when I am in town next time.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are chic. The bar is cozy and inviting. They are pet friendly and have a really nice patio. My issues are the following: - No free coffee available at all times. They do sell coffee in the morning but it's low quality. - Not enough coffee in the room - We were a party of 4 and we had to ask for extra towels twice - Only valet parking which sounds nice, but if you're going in and out, you waste time waiting around.
