Le Méridien Petaling Jaya

stayed one night in March 2025 at Le Méridien Petaling Jaya, and it was a pleasant experience. The front desk staff was very friendly, and my King Executive Room was spacious, featuring a bathtub and a well-sized bathroom. I really liked the room design and bathroom space, and the cleanliness was excellent. The rooftop swimming pool offers a great night view of Petaling Jaya and even a glimpse of KLCC. However, the pool closes at 7 PM, which feels a bit early, but its size is decent with a nice view. The gym is not very large but is adequate. The hotel shares parking with Paradigm Mall. For hotel guests, parking is available at B1 or B2—look for signs directing you to the hotel lobby or ballroom for the nearest access. The lobby is on Level 2, and the hotel is just a few steps away from Paradigm Mall. The hotel offers complimentary parking, but only one-time redemption, so if you plan to go in and out, it’s best to use it for overnight parking. The breakfast was decent—not an extensive variety, but the food tasted good. The only drawback was that my King Bed was actually two super single beds combined, which made it less comfortable due to the noticeable gap in between. The bed itself was comfortable, but this arrangement was not ideal. Overall, I had a great stay at Le Méridien Petaling Jaya and would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good hotel in the PJ area.

Enjoyed my stay in this property. It is next to a shopping mall which has multiple restaurants, good shops to buy goods. Their lounge in 29th floor provided great food in the morning and evening time. Morning breakfast in the second floor is great, had opportunity to try multiple cusines. Their staff members are friendly and helpful.

I like this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. I had a horrible experience with my recent stay. I found a cheaper plan a week before my stay and changed my reservation, but for some reason the hotel system did not reflect this (how is that possible?) and I was charged the higher price. I showed the email I received when I made the reservation and protested that the price was different, but I received a receipt and card usage notification that the higher price was charged three times for some reason, which was scary. They also took twice the normal deposit. In the end, they corrected the price to the correct one, but I had to continue negotiating until after I checked out, which was a pain. It was my birthday and I was looking forward to spending my birthday here, so I was very sad to be treated so badly. To top it off, the window in the room I was assigned was broken, and they gave me another room, but the refrigerator was broken. This was the first time I've had such a bad experience. I was very sad.
