Enjoyed the stay. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Evening buffet staff may be a little bit impatient. I like the most is the accessible to the beach! Internet speed was slow. I will be back to see improvement 😁
Great view from most rooms, which are spacious at all levels. Breakfast is good. Gym is pretty good. Area is great. Some rooms could do with a little maintenance, shower doesn't drain properly, elevator out of action for over a week etc (but multiple elevators so not a show stopper).
Zero star if I could. Disappointed by Lack of Smoking Enforcement – Not Family Friendly We recently stayed at this resort hoping for a relaxing, family-friendly experience, but were extremely disappointed by the lack of smoking regulations, especially around children. Guests were openly smoking right next to the kiddie pool—and even inside the pool itself.
