Le Nouvel Hotel

We had the pleasure of staying at Le Nouvel Hotel recently, and I can confidently say it is an extremely charming place! While it’s not a traditional boutique hotel, it maintains a cozy, intimate vibe reminiscent of smaller establishments. The blend of size and charm creates a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The staff here are genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. My room was clean and comfortable, and all the common areas were well-kept and inviting, reflecting the hotel's commitment to maintenance and guest satisfaction. Overall, our experience at Le Nouvel Hotel was exceptional, and we’re already looking forward to returning on our next trip to Montreal. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and charming stay in the city!

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Thankfully our windows were not facing the busy street outside, so it was quiet - although the hallway and other guests can be heard as the doors lack insulation. The bed was huge. The a/c works well, but it's very loud so have to plan ahead. Our tv did not work however. The location is great and acceptable walking distance to Bell center and downtown area. The staff at front desk ranged from nice to less nice. We didn't drive so can't comment on parking. Overall a decent stay and decent value.

I really wanted to give 5 stars but they felt short in a few areas. Fitness center had machines that need to be serviced or replaced. Breakfast and lunch were good but the little flies or nats gave me some concern. Staff was very helpful. Front desk area was well attended to. Someone was always cleaning the area. My room was nice. Bed was comfortable but pillows were more firm than I prefer. Shower had good pressure. Behind the Bar needs some attention and the fruit looked like it was going bad.
