good hotel but the entertainment facilities and food quality need improvement the rest is fine
Positives:The room is nice, comfy, and photo genic. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. They manage seamlessly the space and time between the sports teams, professional seminars, and families staying at the hôtel. The staff is relaxed and efficient like a family business. Location is 👌, on the 3rd ring road of Oran. Buses and taxis are available. Negatives: The sheets and the towels are white, and the towels are embroidered with the hotel name and logo, clean, but stained, red-ish stubbern old stains! Tea and water are offered in the room, but there is no instant coffee. They say they are planning an extension, but for now, there is no SPA.
Notes : 1.Pool needs to be cleaned frequently, the water is not hygienic 2. Coffee machine needs to be cleaned, we literally got toxicated POV : ● Hotel stuff are so friendly, good hospitality for real.
