Le Palace D Anfa

I stayed with my mother for two nights during a work trip to Casablanca and had a great experience. The location was perfect, especially for Indrive users. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, including options for those with allergies or diabetes. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant on our last night; delicious food and lovely service. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

From the moment I arrived at Le Palace d’Anfa, I was truly impressed by the level of service and professionalism. The doorman greeted me with a warm smile and helped with my luggage instantly, setting the tone for a welcoming stay.. Thanks, Ismail. At the reception, the staff (Day & night shift) were incredibly courteous and efficient. Check-in was smooth, and they took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the hotel and surrounding area. I appreciated their kindness and attention to detail, especially fatiha ; tareq if im not mistaken & Mohammed The room was spacious and spotless. Everything felt comfortable and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and any request I made was handled quickly and with a smile. What really stood out was the room service — timely, polite, and the food was excellent. They made sure everything was just right and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Big thanks & kisses to Zeina & Ibtissam. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the hotel manager, who was exceptionally kind, respectful, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to speak with me personally, listened with care, and made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The staff at Le Palace d’Anfa are a true reflection of Moroccan hospitality — kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca.

I spend a night. They gave me 216 room which ac is very hot . And i have a very early wakeup up call. I called them to check and they said its working but they could not do anything. Its really hot and I coukd not sleep while usually I didnt even like cold temperature. The maintenance told me there is no other room available for me to change. Very bad service while I could not even rest here. So I called the reception and they give me room next to mine. Lady in the breakfast that worked as a waitress is rude. But the security in the front door is the most nicest and friendly.
