The space and scent are good which smeel like the scent of spa. The staff and receptionist work professionally, friendly and wholeheartedly. This place is suitable for the family trip or a short trip for relieving stress. I think I will comeback to here when I go to Ho Tram for the next trip
The room and the location are spectacular. Clean ocean, cool - looking sand. I got free upgrade to ocean view room tooo, the room was spacious and comfy! Toilet is very spacious with bath tub, standing shower area. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The food is meh tho. I ordered most Viet food on the menu and they were unimpressed. They need to improve more
Overall, my experience was fairly satisfactory during my stay from May 1st to May 3rd. The swimming pool was excellent and truly a highlight. However, the buffet offered a limited variety of dishes, which led me to skip breakfast on the following two days. Regarding the restaurant, the food did not quite suit my personal taste, and I had to request the kitchen to adjust the seasoning. In terms of service, I was very pleased with the staff in the restaurant, at the front desk, in housekeeping, and at the bar — all were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the most disappointing part occurred upon our arrival. When our family arrived by car, there were no staff members present to offer assistance, such as helping with luggage or providing directions. While I understand the hotel may have been busy, which is entirely reasonable, what I found unacceptable was the apparent inaction of two individuals — presumably managers, as they were dressed in black suits (one male and one female). Despite clearly noticing our family standing at the staircase entrance and hearing our inquiry about luggage assistance, they made no effort to assist or even acknowledge us. Even if it was not their direct responsibility, it would have been appropriate for them to either notify other staff or offer minimal support by helping us move our luggage into the lobby. This lack of response left a very poor impression.
