Le Parisis Paris Tour Eiffel

Very nice experience. Everything was in order. Staff was very helpful with anything (we got umbrellas for free, we ask and were given cutlery in the middle of the night to eat some leftovers). We had breakfast that was more than ok. The eating place is a nice open space with a wall full of plants, a glass ceiling with a picture on a wall that makes the place resemble a train platform. You can also read paper Le Figaro and The New York Times for free. Very nice touches to the whole experience. The location is also good. You can easily reach any place from here. There are buses, metro, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend at least a trip with metro 6 over Seine river to have a nice overview over Seine with Eiffel Tower in the back. Also on Wednesday and Sunday there is a market in front of the hotel under the metro which offers a lot of things to eat, especially fruits and vegetables, and other stuff that you can find in these kind of markets.

I really liked it here. The rooms are small so definitely be prepared for that but it was great for location right next to subway. Also plenty of restaurants and things next door. The staff was very friendly and attentive whenever I had questions. The room was very clean and the view for the Eiffel Tower was great.

Pictures on hotels.com and website are deceiving. Way too expensive for condition of the hotel. Should be less than € 200 a night. The room was the size expected but it smelled of cigarette smoke and sewage. The location of the hotel is in a scary looking area. Several homeless people sleeping in stoops and hassle you to and from the tram. There was a mold infestation in the bathroom, see photos of ceiling and walls. The toilet seat needs changed, has stains and was gross to use, see photos. If you book the third or fourth floor with Eiffel Tower view you will also see above ground tram rail, photo of this too. The hallways are dark and dingy and the carpet is sticky and stained in the room and hallways.
