The rooms were spectacular and easily the best quality rooms I had stayed in during my Southeast Asia trip (for the price). Service was friendly and helpful. Location is about a 20-25 minute walk from the city centre which meant I had to get a Grab back to the hotel.
The hotel itself is great! Spacious and good decor. However, staff is sort of mean you ask if there is a water refill station, and they say no buy a bottle if water that's in your room. The location isn't great in regards to parking or simply waiting for a ride. Corner of a busy intersection!
We only stayed here 2 nights and didn't use any hotel services. The location is convenient but not walkable to the old town or the beach. The room is basic for a 3 star hotel. The shower is in the bathtub with no shower curtain so the entire bathroom floor is wet (including the toilet) after taking shower. The buffet is terrible with the food looking stale and not fresh. Also the coffee was awful. We've just ordered eggs made fresh for breakfast. The hotel staff is friendly though.
