The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The buffet offered a wonderful variety of delicious dishes, and we truly enjoyed the dining experience. We would like to give special recognition to Mr. Vimal, who served us with great professionalism and attentiveness. His friendly demeanour and excellent service made our meals even more enjoyable. We would also like to extend heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Rachna in the HR department, whose caring and helpful attitude left a lasting impression. Cannot really give an accurate review as we were there due to an Air Mauritius flight delay. However, there's no lift to help with your luggage, had to wait for a porter, our room had steps going down to the sleeping area almost immediately after walking in the door, the shower was in the bath. We are an elderly couple and found these things challenging. However, they were able to accommodate us and feed us at short notice (about 200 passengers) and the service at the front desk was efficient and friendly as was the staff in the dining room. The meals were ok as well.

Mixed feelings regarding our stay. Location is brilliant. Good pool, garden and beach area. The big letdown are the open plan bathroom /sleeping area. Impossible to get the room dark to sleep because of the design. If you enjoy the sounds and smells of your partner using the toilet then it's fine. Staff should keep personal options regarding alcohol to themselves. You don't drink because of your religious believes that's fine but don't tell me I shouldn't either. If you don't like it don't work 8n this environment
