Le Petit Princess Hotel & Spa

The Victor Gallery and Spa hotel in Hanoi’s Old District was a delight to stay at. I was there for 6 night in late July 2025 and as a senior solo traveller I was very happy being looked after by Vivian and her team who assisted me in selecting excellent tours around Hanoi, recommending restaurants and coffee shops and even escorting me to reputable ATM machines. The hotel was located nicely in the Old Quarter, not far from the night market, train street and the lake. The spa provided a good Vietnamese massage and had many other treatment options. Although there was no on-site restaurant other than for breakfast (which was very good) there was a full service restaurant and rooftop bar at the sister-hotel across the street. I was able to order room service from this restaurant when necessary. The room I had (603) was comfortable and the air conditioning was able to keep up with the Hanoi heat. There was minimal street noise despite being in the Old Quarter (except the night Vietnam won the football, but that was understandable and didn’t really distract me too much). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, especially with Vivian doing an excellent job managing an excellent and attentive staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our trip to Vietnam. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Vivian, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Her warm smile, friendly attitude, and helpful nature made a lasting impression on us. She assisted us with our check-in, offered great local recommendations, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. But what truly made our experience memorable was the genuine hospitality shown by Vivian. Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended

Victor Gallery Hotel was an excellent choice for my stay in Hanoi. The breakfast exceeded expectations—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The price was great value for the quality offered, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. Honestly, I can’t think of anything to complain about. I’d definitely stay here again.
