Le Phenix Hotel

I stayed here on a business trip and only had two free days to see the sights of Lyon. I was super impressed with this hotel. Great location on the river frontage and close to Vieux Lyon (Old Lyon) with lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Close to a lot of tour starting points. There is a bus stop directly out the front. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I had was a good size for two people with its own private bathroom. The bed was very confortable. The breakfast was simple with a good variety of choice and tasty.

Walking distance to everything. Centrally located , very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. We enjoyed a room with river view. The staff are all polite and helpful, we interacted with Clair at the front desk Would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel on the river. Beautiful location and walking distance to plenty of attractions, restaurants and bars. Good service and most staff spoke some English for ease of communication. Rooms were large, clean with AC. Good blackout blinds is good for long days at this time of year. Great breakfast options and we had a lunch at the restaurant which was delicious and lovely looking out at the river. Perfect hotel for a Lyon stay.
