Le Polonia Hotel & Convention Medan

I stayed at Le Polonia Hotel for one night from April 20 to 21, 2025, and overall, it was a pleasant and convenient experience. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was clean, comfortable, cozy, and had everything I needed for a restful night. What stood out most was the buffet breakfast the next morning—the variety was good, and the food was delicious. I also want to express my appreciation to the staff—especially Mr. Adiatama, who welcomed us warmly upon arrival. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly made the stay more enjoyable with their hospitality. I genuinely wished I could’ve stayed longer to explore more of what the hotel had to offer. It’s a great choice for a short or relaxing stay, and I’d be happy to return in the future. Thanks again for the stay!

Frustrated with the room condition during my stay. The air-conditioner was in bad condition with dripped water flooded the floor. The toilet was dirty with stains on the toilet bowl. Plus the marking stain on the wall. Few spots of broken floor. To conclude, this (422) room was not ready to be served at all to the guest.

I reserved through traveloka and specifically reserved a Non-smoking room. At check in, they said there is no guarantee of a non-smoking room and they put us on a smoking floor in a smoking room. The hallway smell was very difficult to breathe in and the room was also smelly of smoke. They came up to the room and spayed a freshener which did not compensate or improve the smell of smoke. If you can’t guarantee a non-smoking room why would you put it available? This felt more like a 2 star hotel. I would not stay here again due to the health factor of putting me in a smokers room and no offer to help resolve the issue nor any empathy. Just a “Too bad” attitude. AC also did not work that well. Only stay here if you want to inhale smoke during your stay. Non-smokers stay away.
