The town is beautiful and the location of the room is perfect under the old church. Our host was great and communicated well with us despite our lack of international cell service. The rooms were emaculate and had everything we needed for a short or long stay.
It's not easy to operate a business so I try to be as patient as possible when it comes to customer service. This place is the worst on customer service. We tried to contact the owner through emails to let them know our arrival time, no reply. We arrived between the check in time from 5 to 7, waited an hour and left 4 messages, no answers. We contacted Booking.com and the owner finally called back with an attitude. We went in the room and found no hair dryer, one toilet roll for a week. We used WhatsApp to contact the owner as she suggested and emailed her several times, no reply. Why are you in business?????
