The service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and they were very accommodating. Our Ferry was not leaving until later in the day and they allowed us to stay in the room until then which was several hours past check out times. The views from the hotel were spectacular. This is my 4th time staying in Ischia and this is the best view I’ve had compared with the other hotels. Well worth the price!

Le Querce is perfectly located near Ischia Porto, only a 4 minute cab ride. The staff is incredible and the hotel amenities are great. The rooms are beautiful, everything is clean and well kept. The view is gorgeous, with a thermal pool and a beach deck down by the sea. The staff is incredible! They treat you like family and do whatever they can to make you happy. Francesco and Selma were great bartenders. Very personable! Manuela was the sweetest waitress. So friendly! Lastly, Joe at the reception desk was so helpful with lots of information and always so welcoming. They all remembered your names and made you feel at home, rather than just another hotel guest. We hope to be back again soon!

A great hotel. Located up above the harbor/town. The walk down into town is fine (you can cut through some alleys down to the harbor) but you will probably need to take the bus back up. The bus stop immediately outside the hotel is very convenient (weekly tickets are very cheap). We never used the shuttle bus as the public bus was far more convenient (although it can be very busy). The views from the hotel are incredible and are probably this hotel's greatest feature. Rooms are nice and the pool area is also lovely. The beach area is really nice but the walk down is very very steep. Walking up in hot weather is not for the faint hearted. A member of staff at the beach offers basic snacks, drinks and can make espresso and there are toilet facilities down there. We visited in the middle of August so it was very hot. So we only briefly used the indoor thermal pools/hot tub etc but they are great facilities. The breakfast was really nice and the view from this room is breathtaking. We occasionally had lunch/evening meals at the hotel. The menu is very similar to all the local Italian restaurants but a little more expensive. We mostly ate in town but dining with the view up there is really lovely and staff are friendly. Drinks can be a little pricey but again you are looking at an exceptional view. We didn't use the spa services but prices seemed reasonable. Overall we highly recommend this hotel. If you want the view you have to deal with buses etc on Ischia. This hotel offers a haven away from the busy harbor that is convenient and peaceful.
