A really lovely quick lunch while waiting for our car to charge. Didn't expect such a nice restaurant with white tablecloths and nice meals by a supercharger. The elderly waiter who could speak English was excellent, polite and dealt extremely well with my dietary requirements. The chicken i had was one of the best I tried in France in 2 weeks. If only all restaurants by superchargers were like this.

We were impressed with the service provided by the receptionist called Zaf!! He was always helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help us with any of our queries. He made our stay more pleasant. The downside of the hotel is there is no restaurant open on Sundays.

During a recent visit to the Relais Saint-Jacques, we stopped by to charge our Tesla at the Supercharger and enjoy a quick coffee and sandwich. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by an incident that left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. The setting of the Relais Saint-Jacques is undoubtedly charming, and we were hoping for a pleasant break during our journey. The opportunity to recharge our vehicle while enjoying a meal seemed ideal. However, our encounter with one particular waiter cast a shadow over our brief visit. Regrettably, the treatment we received from this waiter was far from welcoming. From the moment we entered, we were met with what felt like condescending glances and an air of indifference. It became apparent that our intention to have a coffee and sandwich was met with disapproval, as if we were somehow out of place or undeserving of such amenities. It is disheartening to be made to feel this way, especially as we were looking to enjoy a simple meal during a pit stop. Regardless of the nature of the visit, every guest should be treated with courtesy and respect. Our experience with this waiter was a stark contrast to the kind of service one would expect at a reputable establishment. In conclusion, our visit to the Relais Saint-Jacques was regrettably marked by an unwelcoming encounter with a waiter. I hope that this feedback serves as a reminder of the importance of consistently providing respectful and courteous service to all patrons, regardless of the purpose of their visits
