The staff was friendly and the rooms are spacious, but the furniture is quite outdated. The kitchen is missing many basic utensils, and you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms and loud music from outside. It’s disappointing that you have to pay extra for the pool. On the plus side, there’s a large parking lot, the hotel is right on the beach, and the town center is nearby.
I would have given a better review but when we arrived sofa bed wasn't made up in the suite so we asked for it to be made up as me and a friend using the suite. After lunch it wasn't done but they did it when we went out in the evening then I noticed next day my yellow Joules rain jacket was missing from where I hung it up by the door so obviously the person making up the bed in the evening took it. Every day the staff just said check back tomorrow and we will see if we've found it. So 3 mornings later they just said no we haven't found it... This just left a sour taste really as it was expensive coat. We loved everything else about the hotel apart from an extra 10 euros to park your car and it had a sign saying we don't take responsibility for your car so we parked on the seafront. The loud music playing all day and night on repeat got a bit annoying especially late at night when people were drunk in the pool and making lots of noise. Sunday night at 9pm it was like a football crowd in the pool but then it rained thankfully and then they were gone. At one point we asked them to turn the music down and they said no it's part of the ambience. Breakfast choice was fab and room was great with a well stocked kitchen and two balconies and lovely bathroom with toiletries provided and in the kitchen a kettle and tea and coffee and water. Location in seafront good but a very long walk into town so we took cabs for 15-17 euros each night. Hotel provide free bikes which is a nice touch.
Frustrated and Dissatisfied !!!! My family and I have been guests for 9 days, and during this time, we decided to utilize the pool facilities. However, upon attempting to access the pool, we were informed of a mandatory fee of €33 per person for pool access. What's deeply concerning is that neither your online booking platform nor any third-party websites mentioned these fees during the reservation process. Furthermore, we were taken aback to learn that these fees only cover a 3-hour pool access window, making the situation even more frustrating given the length of our stay. It's important to note that the pool and spa facilities are managed separately and are not part of the hotel's services. However, as guests of your hotel, we expected clearer communication regarding the associated fees for these amenities. As loyal guests, we expect complete transparency regarding all associated costs, including any additional fees for amenities. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter hidden charges after committing to a lengthy stay, especially when they are not disclosed upfront. I urgently request that you address this matter promptly and transparently. I seek clarification on why these fees were omitted from the booking details?
