Le Royale Residency

Stayed here on march 2016 for a night and 2 days. The rooms are well maintained and staffs were courteous. Room service was also good. The hotel needs some maintenance, but the rooms were neat and clean. We got a pool view room and we loved the ambiance of the pool and restaurant with nice lights. Overall great experience and value for money....

Please don't make the mistake of going to this place. Let its name not trick you that it's some sort of high end hotel. It's not. They didn't accept card, and when we gave cash, they didn't give us a receipt. They said they usually don't. The hallway carpets were ripped off and dirty. We didn't eat at the buffet, but it was sick and unhealthy from far. The rooms had a stuffy smell. The amenities were minimal if not zero. One big mistake!

There was a time when it was a nice hotel. But after the change of management a few months back, this hotel which once provided a 4 star service, now is not even able to provide a 2 star hotel service. Rooms are dirty. They provide unsealed drinking water bottles and charge a hefty amount for sealed ones. In house restaurant service is sometimes available. Although rooms are large, but are not maintained and are dirty.
