It was a wonderful experience during my recent stay at the hotel. The bathroom was exceptional, featuring a large, high-quality shower and multiple side water jets, making it the most comfortable shower I've ever had. The room size was good, and the location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the daily towel replacement and room cleaning service. The air conditioning and the minibar worked fine. The hotel does not offer a breakfast option, which could potentially be a nice addition. However, this didn’t make much of a difference, as there are plenty of excellent cafés in the surrounding area.

Terrible experience. I would never stay here again. The service was awful, and the rooms were extremely old and poorly maintained. All the air conditioners are outdated and barely work, they kept shutting off randomly. We had to change our rooms twice!! because the A/Cs were broken. To make matters worse, the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I simply asked about the A/C issue, and he started yelling aggressively and hung up on me while I was still speaking. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in any hotel before. Stay away from this place.

The hotel is substandard, and some of the front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. The rooms are in serious need of maintenance — water leakage from the shower and drainage issues were persistent problems. The air conditioning broke down multiple times, forcing us to change rooms due to the unbearable heat. The overall operation of the hotel is disorganized and primitive. I strongly advise against staying here. The only redeeming quality of this place is its location — nothing more.
