Great hotel. We spent 3 days here and we recommend the place. High level of service from the entire staff. They do speak French English German and of course Italian. It sees that the hotel has started to be revamped in 2022. Still few things to improve but it still really impressive. We feel an Moroccan - like theme in the decoration. The level of service from the bar can be improved a little bit (especially that the service at the restaurant / breakfast is just perfect) Thanks a lot!

The good: Beautiful aesthetic of the buildings. We got the junior suite that was remodeled and it was a large room with plenty of closet space, space to place suitcases and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The center area of the resort played calming serenity music and was a good vibe. Breakfast was fantastic. People and the service was nice. The beach was close, and nice. It was not necessarily private as it's connected to a local beach but I didn't think it was an issue. Others have issues with not having restrooms nearby but I mean you are at the beach... We don't need to overthink it. The bad: The green space/plants that were around the resort were very lacking. I understand it is a desert like atmosphere but if that's the case the resort could have attempted to use more rocks and a different aesthetic rather than attempt to grow "grass" and have arches that's plants were failing in which was incredibly uneven and unsightly. Weeds were everywhere. The bees were absolutely loaded and covered the area. If you are nervous of bees/allergic to them, do not eat dinner at the resort. Bees were constantly landing on food, drinks, you. Where our unit was located, there was a lot of construction that was more unsightly. The ugly: Mentioning that construction... We were woken up by the sounds of drills/saws/hammers every day at approximately 8am as we were basically in the construction site. The room connected to ours was being worked on and it was not a good experience to have the construction being that close. The air conditioning is laughable. Of all of the places we stayed at in Europe, this was by far our most expensive per night stay and was by far the worst air conditioning we experienced. We were unable to keep the room less than 23° C consistently. Overall, nice resort that is overpriced and clearly in transition in attempting to make it nicer. We enjoyed our time at the resort it just disappointed in the mentioned areas. Would not recommend until those things get fixed.

We were really looking forward to our stay at Spiagge San Pietro Resort, but unfortunately, the experience is falling short on several fronts. First, we were misled during the booking process. We thought we booked directly through the hotel’s website, but it turned out we were charged by a third party without clear notice. When we brought this up with the front desk, there was no accountability or support—it felt like we were charged twice and left without resolution. They made us pay an upcharge. The property is also going under renovations which was taken over by new management. That said, the resort is currently undergoing heavy construction, which wasn’t disclosed during booking. This significantly disrupted the atmosphere and made large portions of the property feel unfinished and chaotic. While the beach is picturesque, it’s shared with a large number of day visitors—about 200 chairs are set up for external guests, making it feel overcrowded and commercial, not the private resort experience we expected. Additionally, the beach does not have on-site facilities—you need to walk all the way back to your room to use the bathroom, which is inconvenient, especially if you’re planning to spend the day by the water. All in all, the setting has potential, but we were disappointed by the lack of transparency, the intrusive construction, and the absence of basic comforts. Would not recommend until construction is complete and operations are better managed.
