great little hotel. no one is ever at rhe desk except to check you in . So no help or advice . Location is perfect. shower is hot and good water pressure. Bed is too hard .

Great place to stay! Location is amazing, the studio apartment with the terrace was so comfortable and felt like home. Check in was seamless. We loved just being in the center of everything. Don’t think twice and book this place!

Misleading listing – no soundproofing, very noisy stay I booked this BnB for three nights because it clearly stated on Booking.com that the rooms were soundproofed. That was a key reason for my choice. However, upon arrival, I was given a room on the first floor facing a busy main street in Florence – and there was absolutely no soundproofing. The noise was overwhelming. On Friday and Saturday nights, people were yelling, fighting, playing loud music, and cars and taxis were constantly passing by until 3 AM. Then, early in the morning, the surrounding stores open and the street noise starts again. I wasn’t able to rest or sleep at all and had to take naps during the day just to recover. It was such a bad experience that I actually decided to cut my trip short and leave Florence earlier than planned. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for peace, rest, or an accurate description of the facilities. The soundproofing claim is very misleading.
