Had a great experience. Was difficult to find as there was no clear signage of the name of the place. There should be a notice of that in the email you receive upon booking. Other than that the rooms were clean, modern and elegant. They also had Netflix installed on the TV among other channels. It’s situated in a quiet but safe area of Milan with the Duomo and other tourist sites only a 10min walk or less away. Staff all very helpful. Have recommended this place to others!
Good location. Rooms were clean, aircon worked, good shower. Can’t complain.
NOT RECOMMENDED!! The "hotel" location shown on booking app was different than the actual one, they are not a hotel as they mention by the name on booking.com with the name "Duomo Hotel Rooms", they are small studios with a shared bathroom located in different parts of the city and they only send you the real location of your appartment by email a day prior of your stay so if you miss the email you end up going to the wrong location you bookrd days prior on the website which is NOT in the center of Duomo as they put on the website. Also, when we arrived the AC was not working and we could not sleep from the room heat, we texted the owner multiple times throughout our stay that we couldn't sleep from all the heat and mosquitos to fix the AC or provide another room at least with an AC working but he kept reading our messages on whatsapp without replying, not even apologized for the inconvenience!!! Terrible experience due to misleading information, host rudeness and unwillingness to give his guests the service they paid for.
