For our anniversary dinner, we booked the hotel's restaurant, and it was a decision we definitely didn't regret. The attention to detail and exquisite flavors made it a memorable part of our celebration. To top it all off, the breakfast was also very tasteful, offering a delightful start to our days. I stayed three days at Le Tillau during acorporate off site seminar. The hotel and restaurant have incredible charm and authenticity. They retain the good looks of the mountain chalet with all the modern comforts you could want. The staff is amazingly attentive, friendly, and hard-working. Not once did I wait around for anything I needed. They preempted every wish I could have. The food is very high-quality and freshness. All the dishes were cooked to order made from fresh and simple ingredients. Needless to mention the cheese and the wines that come from the region. The hotel is located in an idyllic, quiet and natural setting with pastures and forest surrounding. A good base for relaxing or more active, hiking and biking. Five stars and highly recommended.
