This place is in the perfect location, you can access the center, the sanctuary, everything within few steps. Maurizio is the host is so kind and generous, we came at beginning of May where all rooms are available, he gives us a free upgrade. We paid for the room without balcony - which is also super nice, but he told us that the room with balcony is available and check us in there directly. The balcony view is facing the sea and the sanctuary, we ended up with a balcony for beautiful sunset, breakfast, and self made lunch which have been super amazing! the check in process is very easy and systematic - we did online check in to make the process quicker - where you have to provide all necessary documents, then when we arrive Maurizio is here to check us in. Very clean room, comfortable bed, equipped with a kitchen and everything. Free parking is available within walking distance which Maurizio will share with you.

Excellent view with a comfortable room and kitchen. Owners were not on site but met us upon arrival and were readily available with any questions we had and made excellent recommendations for us during our stay. Stairs up to the room might be a challenge for someone that has difficulty with steps and there is no elevator so that should be a consideration. The location was perfect and we were wowed by the gorgeous sea and church view from our balcony. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and a delicious local sample of the cippola spread! Thanks for a wonderful stay in beautiful Tropea!

Absolutely stunning apartment at the Pinta and also comfortable at the Nina. We stayed in early April. I found the kitchen and all the amenities wonderful. I also really found the gift basket a surprise. Mauricio was very accommodating. One of the highlights of our trip to Italy.
