Lovely hotel. Grand Family Suite was perfect for two adults and two kids. Food, service, pool all spot on. Hotel a very manageable size. No silliness with towels by the pool, either! Hotel has a lovely hillside location, but with Lake Garda still easily accessible. Possible to walk or drive down to Torri Del Benaco, a lovely local village by the lake. Hotel is situated in the village of Albisano which is small, but v nice. A few decent restaurants and bars (not many, literally 3-4 in total!). Loved our week here!

Perfect Family Getaway – A Gem on Lake Garda! We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Le Torri del Garda. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The service was exceptional – personal, attentive, and always with a smile. The hotel is impeccably clean, with beautifully maintained rooms and facilities. Every detail was thoughtful and comfortable. What really stood out is how perfect this place is for families. The kids had the time of their lives – from the amazing pool area to the fun activities and open spaces to play. The staff were so kind and attentive to them, which made us feel completely relaxed. And the food – absolutely delicious! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. This is a place where both parents and children can truly enjoy every moment. Highly, highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful family hotel! We were traveling with our two children (11 and 2 years old), and from the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. It’s clear this hotel was designed with families in mind — the attention to detail for kids is outstanding. There were play corners thoughtfully placed throughout the hotel, both inside and out, and suitable for all ages. It gave our children plenty of opportunities to explore, play, and stay entertained, which made our stay even more relaxing. Whether it was the indoor soft play area or the little outdoor spaces designed for fun, everything was spot on. The staff deserves a huge shout-out — not only were they incredibly service-minded, but they also genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with kids. A special thank you to Vijay, Patrizia, and Alex, who went out of their way every single day to make our experience special. The baby chair was always ready for us at breakfast, plastic cups were thoughtfully provided, and even the smallest things—like a kind smile or helping hand—didn’t go unnoticed. Even the cleaning lady passing by in the public areas took a moment to connect with our youngest, which was such a lovely and genuine gesture. It’s rare to see such warmth and authenticity across the board. As someone who provides guest service training to hotels professionally, I have to say: bravo! This team demonstrates exactly the kind of attitude and consistency that creates memorable guest experiences. The food was also excellent, rounding off a perfect family stay. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with kids — this hotel sets the bar high!
