Le Trianon Luxury Hotel & Spa

A good location. Close to twin center. You can find many restaurants and cafes in the area a few steps from the hotel. It is clean and the receptionist was more than friendly. I did not like the overview of my room plus it was small. Very limited channels on TV? I stayed again in this hotel for a few nights in June 2019. Again the receptionists were great. Breakfast was good. My room was very small and still very few channels. The hotel needs lots of attention and maintenance. This time I felt the hotel is neglected. Even cleaness went down. Because my room was on the 1st floor it was not quite. Lots of noise from people in the surroundings. Might be from cafes around. So the advantage might sometimes be disadvantage.

Despite the name this is not a luxury hotel. It's more like a cheap motel. The hallways are very cramped, and everything looks grimy and dirty. There was mold in in the bathroom. The walls are thin, and you can hear people next door walking. Also there's pigeons cooing at 5am. Overall this place needs major renovation.

How in the world this hotel is called luxury hotel. My stay was horrible. The room is so dirty, the washroom is a desaster. The sheets very dirty and the walls had stains in them. Even the roof has traces from people killing mosquitoes with blood on the ceiling. I understand that reviewers like the location but please don't fool people and give stars for this nonsense hotel. For the price I payed for this so called "suit", I could go to much better hotels in Casablanca. I am sooooo desapointed!
