Le Westin Montréal

We had a good stay at Le Westin Montreal. The location is excellent—close to Old Montreal and walkable to many attractions. The doormen were especially friendly and helpful, which added a nice touch to our visit. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the pool area, which includes a hot tub, cold plunge, and a fun glass window at the bottom of the pool that looks down to the hotel entrance—very unique! The rooms were decent but could use a bit of maintenance to feel more up to par with the rest of the hotel. One consistent issue was the elevators—they were quite slow and often crowded, with several guests mentioning it as well. Overall, a solid hotel that I’d recommend, though I might try a different place next time I'm in Montreal just to explore other options.

It was fine. Great location that’s walkable to many things. I liked the fridge full of water in the lobby. That’s always a pain point while travelling so it was an appreciated touch to grab a cold water after retuning for the day! Our room was spacious but very dimly lit. It was the premium king with sofa bed - so 2 separate rooms. It was just fine for what we paid.

Recently stayed at Le Westin Montreal this past weekend during an impromptu trip to Montreal. We did not have a chance to sample much of the hotel amenities, though the room and hotel itself were kept neat and tidy. Rooms could do with a renovation, but were overall in good shape. Valet services and check in staff were friendly and cordial throughout the entire stay. The location is absolutely perfect if you plan to walk around the Old Montreal area, it's only an 8 minute walk from the hotel, if that. Overall, a great option if visiting Montreal, particularly if you are planning to spend a good amount of time in the Old Montreal area.
