My husband & I stayed here for two nights recently with another couple. We were traveling through the alps on a motorcycle trip. It was most magnificent! The hotel is exquisitely beautiful. The location is breathtakingly gorgeous! It is nestled in the alps. The views from our balcony were spectacular! Room was most lovely, welcoming, tastefully decorated and quiet. The breakfast is excellent! Two of us are vegetarian and they provided many choices. Food is excellent & you can sit outside & dine & gaze at the majestic mountains. We also had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant & it was fabulous & the chef was most accommodating to the needs of vegetarians. Two of us ate trout fish dinners and they were superb. There is great parking for motorcycles. All of the staff were gracious, welcoming & most helpful. It was a delightful stay! We give it a rating of 10 stars.
Wonderful boutique sized hotel with very helpful staff (Jeremy and Lily come to mind) plus excellent food. Spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Views overlooking the mountains are an added bonus.
The four star rating is a stretch. Biggest issue for my three star rating is that. Personnel is friendly but not available and seem lost. Decor is outdated but that is a matter of taste I guess. The hallways smell a bit. Parking is included and that’s a huge plus. Okay hotel but more like three / 2,5 stars than 4.
