The service at the front desk could have been better. The elevators were shut down. I had to haul luggage up and down 6 flights of stairs. The halls are very dark until you step under a sensor to light them up. The beds were kind of hard. I was here for less than a day so I could manage. It has a pretty view from the front of the hotel.
Terrible. Royal Air Maroc brought me to this hotel due to a long layover. I wish I stayed at the airport. The room given to me had been previously occupied by someone and the room had not been cleaned. When raising this with reception, they seem quite indifferent. The room that I was subsequently given was not clean and did not have any towels. Furthermore it was on the main road and very noisy. On checkout, I noted the lack of towel and the room’s general uncleanliness and the reception staff had no comments. This I note was not due to language issues as I speak French fluently. An email voucher was given to me by the airline. The restaurant at the hotel was equally unappealing. I was not given a choice of food, simply brought out a plate to eat without inquiring if i had any dietary restrictions. I am not certain of the cost of this hotel, but I would suggest that if you’re not on a budget, you should avoid. If you’re on a budget, look to the reviews at this price point to see if there are any better options amongst this price spectrum. Bottom line, I would recommend people to avoid this hotel. I have nothing good to say about it.
The obscene hotel ever! Dirty, old, with an embarrassing service (a room for 2 with one dirty towel). We spent one night here because the company we have flight with delete our flight (Royal Air Moroc). The room had no air conditioning in July, the lady at the reception said that it’s problem in the whole hotel. How can they host guests without providing the bare minimum conditions? The breakfast was terrible: old and dry bread/croissant, dirty tables and plates. They don’t have any caring, they are all unprepared in treating customers already frustrated by the absurd situation. I hope they will close the structure and find another purpose in their life. Shame on you all!
