L'Ea Bianca Luxury Resort

The resort was very nice with and in a beautiful location. You have access to the private beach (that's a great deal in Sardinia) and a pool. You have two restaurants and bar with very good drinks and food. The place was very quiet and ideal for a couple that would like to relax. For sure I will be back.

The scenery is truly stunning — a place with breathtaking views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Unfortunately, all the charm of the location is lost the moment you have to deal with the staff. Most of the employees were extremely rude, impatient, and unwelcoming. The manager, in particular, was unprofessional and disrespectful, showing a complete lack of preparation to handle guests. The overall attitude was so disappointing that it ruined the entire stay. It’s a shame to see a place with so much potential be so poorly managed. I wouldn’t return and I don’t recommend it, especially for those who value good service and respect.

To Whom It May Concern I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the way my family and I were treated during our recent stay at your hotel in Sardinia. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited, which makes the experience we had all the more frustrating and disheartening. While the property itself is visually stunning and the location exceptional, the service and overall experience fell far below what is expected from a hotel that presents itself as a five-star destination. Throughout our stay, we were consistently met with disrespectful and dismissive behavior from several members of the staff. Most concerning of all was the conduct of your head manager, who, rather than embodying the professionalism and leadership expected of such a role, treated my family and me with arrogance, impatience, and a complete lack of courtesy. At no point did we feel genuinely welcomed or respected. Additionally, we were shocked to find a cockroach in our room an unacceptable hygiene issue for any hotel, especially one of this supposed standard. To make matters worse, the gym facilities were in extremely poor condition, lacking even basic equipment and cleanliness. This level of neglect is simply not acceptable for a resort that promotes itself as a luxury destination. We came here expecting a high-end, memorable experience. What we received was something far different. While we deeply appreciated the beauty of Sardinia, our stay at this hotel left us feeling deeply dissatisfied, disrespected, and disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Your location is a gift, but it is currently being undermined by the lack of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism elements that should be the foundation of any luxury experience.
