Leading Relax Hotel Maria

What a great hotel with really friendly staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here if i was in the area again. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, the rooms modern and spacious, our vehicles were safe in an underground car park. Ten minutes walk you’re in the town centre where you can shop, dine, watch the world go by over a beer and totally forget about your problems. Moena is a nice place to be 👍

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, we were with our small dog. Everything was good, the hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and new, the bathroom is excellent, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The only comment is about the staff: on the third evening, a woman in a hotel worker's uniform burst into our room without knocking and scared our dog. She said she had to check our room card, but she could have at least knocked before entering!!! Not only did our dog (a 5-month-old puppy) become very nervous after that, afraid of everything and barking at any noise, but this woman also entered without knocking when I was in bed without clothes on. It was awful. We reported the situation to the reception, and in response, we received a soulless "okay, sorry." This was unpleasant; they could have at least offered something as compensation. Furthermore, during our last breakfast, we accidentally found out that we were entitled to a 10% discount at the neighboring restaurant Kusk, which is connected to the hotel, where we had dinner every day and left good checks. That is, the staff deliberately did not inform us about the discount. This is also a negative point. Although they knew and saw that we were staying at this hotel. And lastly, no one informed us that the afternoon snack was paid for; we ate it every day, and it costs 10 euros per person, which is okay. But they could have at least informed us about it… The girl at the reception was very strict, dry, and unfriendly. By the way, the SPA in the hotel is just excellent!!! But the staff is not very good. We go to this area to ski every year, but we will not return to Hotel Maria because of the staff… Think about it.

We stayed at the hotel for the May 1 weekend. The hotel is very nice and it is in a good area for which you can take your car and go on beautiful excursions. The rooms very nice, maybe for the price paid I expected a little more in terms of quality (the lights above the bed that made the star effect were very noisy), the spa pool not great as there were not enough sunbeds for the number of people inside, maybe a quota entrance might be the best solution. Overall it was a wonderful experience, the staff very courteous. The word of the vacation for us was "gym bro" (I could not explain you why).
