Our family stayed in quad sharing unit facing the lake. View is great! Room is clean and well maintained. Internet speed is fast. Lots of shop around the hotel. Breakfast has a wide variety spread with many vegetarian option, indicating different type of vegetarian.
The hotel is located on a convenient location near the lake and its inclusion in Taiwan’s Lucky Land campaign. We booked 3 rooms. All rooms were clean, and comfortable. But one of the room had bad smell from a drain. Staffs that we met when we check-in in the evening could barely communicate in English but the staff in the morning can communicate in English. He help us very well about the usage of luckh land voucher. The breakfast was variety and good.
Booked two Lakeview suites here and unfortunately can't recommend this hotel right now. This was surely an amazing luxury hotel when it was first built but now it is in desperate need of renovations and deep cleaning. The flooring was in very poor condition and should be replaced. The worst part was that the bathroom had black mould everywhere and they clearly know it's an issue since many areas have layers of poorly done caulking trying to cover it. The rooms are otherwise spacious with a walkout balcony leading to quite a decent view of the lake. Breakfast is included but located at another nearby hotel. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety and an exceptional Lakeview though most of the hot food had gone cold already by 9:00am so it is best to go earlier. Location is excellent with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There's a lot to like but I would suggest avoiding this hotel until at least the mould issue is addressed (do note that it may not be an issue for all rooms but both rooms we were given had the same issue).
