Very nice and big hotel with 2 wellness areas which you can both use. Room spacious, excellent bed and bathroom. Quiet location. Restaurant with a nice atmosphere, and good traditional Austrian dishes. I could also load my full electric car here, which was great. However be careful to unplug your car when the battery is charged, because after that the charger starts counting the 'idle minutes' at a high price. I left my car 2 times at night, the minute-counter kept on counting after my battery was full.

A bit disappointing to be honest. The view is gorgeous, and the new rooms are massive, clean and comfortable. The pool was pretty nice too (albeit not massive). But the devil is in the details. For 4-stars I expect at least a bathrobe in the room, some toiletries etc. The small wellness area is nice but only open 3 days a week and only after 15:00...what's that about? The food though. Not good. I thought the staff did a good job to be fair but the quality was canteen at best (both breakfast and dinner), and sharing tables only reinforced that feeling. The potential is there but some work and care needs to be done on the details.

Nice rooms, beautiful view, a little bit far from the slopes, spa is ok, not wow. They are doing some construction work at the moment. The food seems more like canteen food, not a 4 star hotel. Very basic options for breakfast. Quality is not very important for the hotel. In the evening while asking for hot water for a medicine, we were asked to pay it like a tea. Not normal. Usually 4 star hotels even offer a kettle and coffee machine in the rooms.
