L'Echappée Hôtel Casino Dieppe

The room itself was nice with comfortable bed but the view was on the AC system not on the city. And it's not only about the view. These machines do also a lot of noise. The worst was the experience with a very unfriendly front desk staff and the check out. I had booked 2 breakfasts for 28eur and was charge 36. She did not want to hear about it and was almost calling me a liar... I said she was not helping the reputation of the hotel and that I would notify it in my review and she answered she didn't care about reviews anyway...

Very disappointing! I've spent €200 for a one-night stay in the wheelchair-accessible room. First of all, this room was much more expensive than the other ones (no other choice for disabled people). The room was great, spacious, well decorated. But the windows with a seaview were all... covered with bird sh-it! I called reception and the young woman there to reply that the windows are cleaned only every 15 days or so (I guess it was the 14th one when I arrived). There was also a broken coffee cup, and the heating in the bathroom wasn't working.

Not a 4-star hotel with the service. The receptionist is not professional during the check-out process.
